Senior Research Associate

Senior Research Associate sought by Quintara Discovery, Inc. in Hayward, CA:

1. Responsible for exercising independent judgment in conducting research on in vitro ADME screening (ADME: Absorption,  Distribution, Metabolism, and Elimination):

     a. Plan experimental approaches;

     b. Design and carry out bioanalytical tests of various compounds for the potential development of human therapeutics;

     c. Analyze and interpret experimental data and prepare reports of findings.

2. Design and perform procedures in ADME assay projects by operating lab equipment, including integrated hardware, software, optical and fluidic subsystems;

3. Conduct sample bioanalysis and develop bioanalytical methods for the quantitative analysis by using mass spectrometry;

4. Document information on procedures, modifications, and methods; maintain records of experiments and results in the accessible format.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Biology or related field. 1 year of bio-related lab research experience.
